Swedish Massage techniques are lighter, gentler strokes to encourage circulation, detoxification and efficiency of body systems, improves flexibility in the body and to induce relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage techniques are deeper strokes, including Trigger Point Release, to ease knotted muscles, decrease tissue contractures and assist in soft tissue healing. Deep Tissue Massage techniques are even deeper than Therapeutic and may take the level of tissue release deeper but it can be painful. I do my best to find the balance

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of a physiological body system called the CranioSacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
