Returning Patients:
If I have a "No Availability" please send me an email or text message as may have a cancellation & keep a list for short notice appointments.Please, provide 12 to 24 hours of notice for cancellations.
Cancellations:
If less than 12 hours, there will be a full charge for missed appointments and the payment is expected at the next appointment.
Some exceptions do apply;
I understand that children get sick and so do we, and unexpected situations do happen. I appreciate your understanding for when I must reschedule for my own illness or my family.

Swedish Massage techniques are lighter, gentler strokes to encourage circulation, detoxification and efficiency of body systems, improves flexibility in the body and to induce relaxation. Therapeutic Massage techniques are deeper strokes, including Trigger Point Release, to ease knotted muscles, decrease tissue contractures and assist in soft tissue healing.
