Q: After the session, what should I not do?
A: Vigorous exercise, go to stressful environments, plan to do your to-do list of errands.
Q: After the session, what should I do?
A: Relax, Nap, Hot Bath, Yoga, Tai Chi, Walk, Stretch, Relax with your pets, and drink lots of water!
Q: My muscles were sore for two days after the massage, why?
A: Often after a deep massage on unhealthy muscles, you may feel residual soreness for a few days similar to a hard exercise workout.
Q: How can I prevent that next time?
A: To increase muscle health, provide your muscles with sufficient rest, stretching, water and nutrients for example: calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
Q: Why am I tired after CST session?
A: CST assists you in your innate healing. We heal daily at night in our sleep and during restful states like napping.
Quick Tip! You may feel the need to nap the day of your session and possibly the days following your session.
